Make a difference with a new avenue!

Yuva Parivartan has been striving to uplift the lives of the unfortunate and underprivileged by through several training programs. These training programs have helped several youth to become economically independent and create a better life for themselves and their families. Through our partnerships with several corporate houses, we have ensured that the students are ably employed.

One of our most recent training programs is a pilot project on ‘Hospitality’ in collaboration with Youth Career Initiative (YCI), a UK based NGO. Along with YCI we are joining hands with the leading specialty five star hotels of Mumbai like The Four Seasons-Worli, Renaissance-Powai, Courtyard Marriot-Andheri East, JW Marriot-Juhu, The Park-Belapur CBD, Hyatt Regency-Airport Road and Trident-Bandra Kurla Complex. These hotels have been selected as the venues for training school dropouts in the age group of 18-24 and who are minimum 8th passed.

The training is spread over six months, for six days a week & eight hours a day which would include 40% classroom & 60% practical sessions.

Training will be in different aspects of hospitality like kitchen, room service, housekeeping, restaurant, bar etc. As an incentive, the training will not only be free of cost but the students will also be given a stipend of Rs. 2000 per month along with free meals. Students will receive International Certification in collaboration with YCI, hotels & Kherwadi Social Welfare Association (KSWA).

After the training, the students are assured of jobs either in the same hotel or any other hotel or establishment with the support of KSWA and a starting salary of at least Rs. 6000.
